purchase price, however, in the case of large or bulky items additional

Our Guarantee
We hope you will be delighted with your purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, notify us by e-mail of your intention to return the item within three (3) days of receipt. We ask that you ship the item back to us within another two (2) days after we receive notification from you. Once we receive the item in its original condition, we will refund the purchase price less shipping and any insurance.
The buyer has a total of 5 days to return the item; if we do not receive buyer's notification of intention to return the item and the return of the item within the 5 day period, the item is not returnable.We do our best to give detailed descriptions and photographs of the condition of each item. However, should you find an item not as described, we will refund the entire purchase price and the cost of shipping and insurance. We stand by every item we present for sale.
Due to the nature of antique pieces, if the piece is not to your complete satisfaction there is no negotiation for a partial refund.
Modified, damaged or altered items cannot be accepted for return.
Returns
The buyer has a total of 5 days to return the item; if we do not
receive buyer's notification of intention to return the item and the
return of the item within the 5 day period, the item is not returnable. The buyer must notify the Fehrman Collection within 3 days of receipt. We will respond with instructions for returning the item. Please return the item to us within two (2) days after notifying us by e-mail that you wish to return the item.
We recommend sending any returned items to us via a method which offers insurance such as U.S. Postal Service “registered mail”, United Parcel Service, or Federal Express. Buyer is responsible for the safe return of an item.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued promptly on receipt of the item in original condition if returned within the timeframe and conditions specified above. The refund will be in the same form as payment.
